If for any reason your part is damaged or breaks during normal wear and tear due to a defect in the material or manufacture, we will repair it at no cost or give you a product of equal value if we no longer carry that product.

What are your products made of? What plating do you use?

Our jewelry goes through an 8 step dipping process to guarantee the best hypoallergenic; unless specified on a product page, generally usually our gold products are 18K Gold plated or rhodium plated both over brass or copper.

Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to allow for any cancellations once your order is placed. Once you receive your order, you can visit our returns portal to make a return.

 

What do I do if my tracking update says "delivered" but I did not receive my package?

DG ARMOIRE shipments do not require a signature upon delivery. While all shipping carriers are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, we will do everything we can to make sure you get your product. If you receive a “delivered” message from our carrier but do not receive your package, please contact the carrier after verifying the entire premise of your home. If you are unable to track your package through the carrier, please contact our support for all details to be adjusted.

 

How do I clean my jewelry?

Use a suede flannel or soft flannel to not damage your jewelry. We encourage our customers to avoid excessive contact with water, lotions, perfumes & chemicals will deteriorate the quality of the plating. This usually helps with preserving the life of your jewelry.

 

Can I swim/work out on my jewelry?

To keep the beautiful thick layer unprecedented of real gold of 18k or rhodium we recommend removing all parts before swimming or exercising; with that said, swimming or exercising here and there with your jewelry will not damage you. We also have an incredible 1-year warranty on ALL jewels; that is how we are confident in our top-quality parts.

 

What if I am missing items from my order?

Email us at info@dgarmoire.com with a description of the items missing from your order and your order number. We will get the missing item(s) to you as soon as possible.

 

What if I entered the incorrect shipping address?

Contact our customer service team via info@dgarmoire.com with your name, order number and updated shipping address as soon as possible. In the case that your order has not been shipped yet, we will update your shipping information.

 

Can I make changes or adjustments to my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes to the product in an order after it is placed. However, DG ARMOIRE is happy to honor a price adjustment on items that are full price and currently in-stock within 72 hours of the retail purchase. We do not honor price adjustments on final sale items or items that were purchased with another promotional discount. Price adjustments are not honored during holiday promotions such as Black Friday. To obtain a price adjustment, please send an email to info@dgarmoire.com within 3 days of your order date. If your order is eligible, we will refund the difference to the payment form used during this purchase.

 

My order says delivered but I did not receive it. What do I do?

Sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered before it makes it to your doorstep, please allow an additional one to two business days for delivery. If you still have not received it, then please email us at info@dgarmoire.com.

 

How can I track the status of my order?

After you place your order you will receive an automated confirmation email with tracking information. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email updating you on the delivery status with an associated tracking number. Please note: some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 business hours after the order has been shipped.
